My lifelong passion for Mathematics seamlessly evolved into a deep interest in Computer Science, leading me on a journey of continuous learning and exploration. Starting with a Data Science Specialization course by IBM on Coursera, The capstone project of this course involved predicting Falcon 9 First Stage landings using AI models was particularly pivotal. This introduction to Machine Learning sparked a deeper interest, prompting me to pursue the Machine Learning Specialization course from Stanford University. Additionally, I completed a course on Research Projects from the University of Amsterdam, covering statistics and research methods.

Participating in the AI Scholars program by Inspirit AI introduced me to Natural Language Processing (NLP), culminating in a project classifying financial news for informed decision-making in financial markets. I was recognized as one of the best-performing high school student leaders globally.

I furthered my research endeavors by collaborating on a project focused on “Weather-based Crop Yield Prediction”,  a critical issue in India’s agricultural sector, with Ms. Juyon Lee, a CS alum of Oxford and Stanford University. Our proposed machine learning model leveraged meteorological and farming practice data to predict crop yields, achieving significant accuracy. My research paper was published in the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research (IJFMR) and I also received a Certificate of Appreciation from Navsari Agricultural University, which is a premier institution dedicated to advancing agricultural education and research in the state of Gujarat.

This journey through various courses and projects has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to merge my love for Mathematics with the expansive possibilities of Computer Science. I am passionate about continuing this path, exploring new areas of knowledge, and contributing to impactful projects that can make a difference in the world.
